Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Abu Sultan Coffee (https://www.abusultancoffee.com). We are committed to delivering our freshly roasted coffee and premium merchandise to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Please note that we process orders Sunday through Thursday. Fridays are excluded from our processing and shipping timelines as shipping couriers do not operate on this day.
2. Delivery Timelines (Within Egypt Only)
For now, Abu Sultan Coffee ships exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Delivery Window: Your order will be delivered to any location across Egypt within 2 Business Days.
Delivery Conditions: To guarantee this 2-day delivery window, all customer data inserted must be completely correct (accurate address and phone number), and the client must reply when the courier calls to coordinate delivery. Failure to answer the courier may result in delivery delays.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Tier
We offer simple, transparent shipping fees calculated at checkout:
Flat Shipping Rate: A flat rate of 80 EGP applies to deliveries anywhere within Egypt.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 800 EGP. This discount will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout when the threshold is met.
4. Shipment Tracking & Support
