How to Prepare the Perfect Sultan's Cup:

1. Use exactly 10g (one heaping teaspoon) of Abu Sultan coffee for every 80ml of cold, filtered water.

2. Add sugar to your exact taste preference and stir thoroughly while cold inside your Turkish coffee pot (Cezve).

3. Place on a very slow, low heat and let it warm gradually, stirring gently a few times.

4. Remove from the flame just as the rich, thick foam forms and rises to the top. Pour slowly and enjoy.
